IBP Value Added

As partners we believe that by working collaboratively on a cost-sharing basis towards a shared vision we bring the following value added to our work:

  • Shared vision for maximizing and disseminating reproductive health best practices and resources.
  • Wide variety of participants, so we have the advantage of a variety of experiences, which can be shared from one country to another and within countries.
  • Coordinated effort, more than just the sum of the individual agencies. There is power in partnership. Pooling expertise and resources/funding increases potential to reignite interest and political will in reproductive health and influence and/or support global, regional and country reproductive health agendas.
  • The continued support of the World Health Organization, Department of Reproductive Health and Research and our international and country partners provides a stamp of approval that we are moving collectively towards achieving our mission and objectives.
  • Sharing, linking and/or integrating reproductive health interventions to harmonize approaches, reduce duplication of efforts and maximize the use of limited resources.
